JOB TITLE: Senior Contract Administrator - R26-007
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft contracts for engineering and software services, relying heavily on standards and previous contracts as a resource for terms and conditions.
- Participate as a leading member of the negotiating team, assuming responsibility for explaining positions and resolving matters of a business nature related to the proposed contract.
- Monitor and administer the business provisions of assigned contracts to ensure that contract requirements are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues across organizational lines to obtain and transmit business information necessary for the Project to be successful.
- Monitor and manage customer relations to ensure successful contract compliance. Coordinate and update management regarding contract status, issues and resolutions
- Work with proposal teams in the drafting and submission of proposals, including terms and conditions, and assumptions.
- Develop, review and negotiate Non-disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts, and other contractual documents.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI required; FS Strongly Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, with 5+ years of prime contract administrator experience required.
- Solid working knowledge of industry business practices and contract administration principles, as well as contract negotiations experience, including working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and other FAR Supplements.
- Candidate must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.

- Background in Engineering Services preferred
