Job Title: Senior Research Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Research Administrator to manage a complex and large portfolio of research grants, with a primary focus on post-award functions. This role involves mentoring a team, renowned for cutting-edge research and excellent patient care.
Responsibilities

Manage a complex and large portfolio of research grants.
Focus primarily on post-award functions.
Mentor and support a team of research professionals.
Ensure effective grants management, including pre-award and post-award processes.
Facilitate communication and data entry related to research grants.
Contribute to clinical research and trials management.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in grants management, including pre-award and post-award processes.
Strong skills in clinical research and trial management.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in data entry and management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in research administration.
Experience working in a medical or clinical research setting.
Ability to work 2 days per week on-site (preferably Wednesday and Thursday, with some flexibility).

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Boston, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr.
The institution will discuss benefits for health, dental, vision, 401k with the candidate upon offer stage.
Workplace Type
This is a hybrid position in Boston,MA.
