Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Retail Supervisors to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

What will you do?
- Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs by scheduling employees and following up on work results
- Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist retail management with the daily operations
- Monitor store floor and assist with guests needs
- Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays
More about you
- Basic math skills required
- Previous experience working with point of sale system required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
- Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
