Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Wilmington, DE

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead a

rehabilitation and nursing center in Wilmington, Delaware.

What You’ll Do

Provide strong leadership and direction to staff across all departments.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards of care.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
Manage emergency and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Competitive compensation $160,000 – $190,000, based on experience
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

Current Nursing Home Administrator license (Delaware)
Proven leadership experience within a skilled nursing or rehab facility
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and state/federal compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
