Job Summary
Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Integration and Test (SWIT) Lead to join our Radar Digital Product Line team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the software integration and testing efforts for advanced radar systems. This role will specifically focus on leading the software integration and test for the Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) program within the product line, ensuring the seamless integration and rigorous testing of software components.
What You Will Do
Lead the software integration and testing activities for the EASR program within the Radar Digital Product Line.
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, procedures, and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Collaborate with product line leadership and development teams and to define integration and testing requirements.
Oversee the execution of integration and test efforts, including automated and manual testing.
Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and manage defect tracking and resolution.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to implement corrective actions.
Provide regular status updates and comprehensive reports on integration and testing progress, issues, and risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Raytheon’s quality processes.
Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for software integration and testing.
Drive continuous improvement in integration and testing processes and tools.
Manage the software side of the Product Test Suite, collaborating with Test Architecture on organizing test artifacts and defining tests and scenarios.
Oversee all in-plant tests, including calibration, functional, and digital signal processing tests.
Oversee program-specific features, collaborating with cross-functional teams for planning and resolving blockers.
Shape future growth by covering new capabilities, deployment variations, and increasing the depth of in-plant testing.
Provide visibility and technical guidance for development team integration activities, including reviewing and approving integration and test plans and handovers.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience in software integration and testing within the aerospace and defense industry.
Experience leading Software Integration and Test efforts for radar systems or similar software products.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
