About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Benefits/Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Benefits/Payroll modules. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Workday system. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and organizational skills. They will operate with confidentiality and focus on security. Additionally this role will require excellent communication skills and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
What You'll Accomplish - Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders in Payroll, Benefits, and ideally one other functional area to identify development areas and provide technical solutions utilizing People systems and technology.
- Consult and Implement Technology Solutions: Work with functional leaders and SMEs in the People team to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience.
- Support Workday Upgrades and Enhancements: Provide support for Workday upgrades and enhancements, including prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.
- Review System Configuration: Review system configuration, business processes, and prepare load files to ensure smooth operation of processes.
- Build Custom Reports: Create basic and advanced custom reports, extract data requests, and process large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Provide an excellent customer experience by troubleshooting complex problems and investigating and resolving errors quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain Security Requirements: Collect, document, and maintain security requirements and policies for user-level access to People applications.
Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Benefits and Payroll being a must and one other area a nice to have.
- 2+ years of experience in any other Workday module configuration or administration
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications - 1+ year of project management experience
- 1+ years of experience in Workday Security
Compensation This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. For this position, our salary ranges are listed below:
San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Radius: $118,400 - $177,600
CA, WA (Seattle): $108,900 - $163,400
AK, CO, HI, NV, OR, WA (ex-Seattle): $99,500 - $149,200
AZ, ID, UT, WY, NM, MT: $90,000 - $135,000
