Office of the State's Attorney is currently seeking highly qualified applicants to fill an
Office Manager (Administrative Assistant 3) grade G24 position in the
Budget Division. About the Position This is a senior lead/supervisory level professional staff work with administrative responsibilities. The incumbent will handle a variety of assignments such as detail-oriented Procurement matters with little room for error; use discretion and take appropriate actions toward following through on important procurement matters concerning the function/mission of all divisions/units within the State's Attorney's Office; order needed equipment and supplies for office to ensure necessary materials are available so that staff can work at maximum potential; receive and verify shipment of supplies, forms and equipment; monitor and process payments for all operating expenditures within the State's Attorney's Office, working in conjunction with the Office of Finance, Office of Management and Budget, Office of Central Services, Treasurer's Office, and OITC, as needed and provide administrative support to the Budget Director. This position may lead work in key functional areas or may supervise an administrative services team comprised of lower-level subordinate positions. Work is performed under the general supervision of a mid-level manager or department head and is evaluated as it contributes to the operating effectiveness of the department or agency to which assigned.
