Summary: We're looking for a CMMS Administrator to join our team! This person will be responsible for the functional oversight of their CMMS System, EAMs, and will support asset lifecycle and management. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background and experience working with an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) or similar CMMS platforms. The position involves administrative and system-based tasks critical to maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities: - Manage asset lifecycle processes including commissioning, decommissioning, idling, reactivation, and relocation of assets.
- Create, assign, and track work orders for maintenance activities such as pump replacements, sensor calibrations, and pressure gauge checks.
- Support compliance by maintaining documentation for audits, change controls, and SOPs related to asset management.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all CMMS-related activities and user support
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment on asset specifications and system configurations.
- Collaborate with maintenance planners, schedulers, and technicians to ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Associate's degree with relevant experience
- Demonstrate expertise in preventive maintenance strategies, maintenance planning, time- and strategy-based maintenance, equipment breakdown response, and various repair methodologies.
Desired Skills: - Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and maintenance operations, with the ability to support and optimize technical workflows.
- Experienced with CMMS platforms such as EAMs, SAP, Maximo, and Blue Mountain, with a strong understanding of maintenance portal functionalities.
- Familiarity with asset management workflows in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with pumps, motors, flowmeters, sensors, gauges, thermocouples, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Word: Document creation with strong attention to spelling and grammar
- Excel: Advanced functions such as version control, formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data sorting/filtering
- Teams: Efficient meeting coordination and file management
- Outlook: Professional email communication and scheduling
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$38.85 - $43.26/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
