Job Description: Dave & Buster's/Main Event is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Cloud EPM Administrator to join our Corporate FP&A team reporting into Director of EPM, Financial Systems. This role will be responsible for system administration, security, data management, process optimization, and ensuring smooth operation of Oracle EPM modules such as Planning and Narrative Reporting. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver high-performing, reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities: System Administration & Maintenance - Manage day-to-day administration of Oracle Cloud EPM environments, including user provisioning, role assignments, and security
- Maintain application metadata, business rules, calculation scripts, forms and reports
- Perform application configuration changes, updates, and enhancements based on business needs
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for troubleshooting and issue resolution
Data Management & Integration - Manage data loads from source systems to EPM applications using Data Management or other integration tools (e.g., EPM Automate, Data Exchange, Groovy)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data mappings, transformations, and validations
- Work with IT teams to maintain integration schedules and resolve interface issues
Process & Performance Optimization - Identify and implement improvements to enhance user experience and system performance
- Assist in processing automation using EPM Automate, REST APIs, Groovy, and scripting
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud EPM updates (monthly patches) and communicate impact to stakeholders
User Support & Training - Provide functional and technical support to end-users
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in: Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (
- 3+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM administration experience (Cloud preferred)
- Experience with Oracle EPM modules such as Planning and Narrative Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Planning, Narrative Reporting, Business Rules, data Management, and Smart View
- Proficiency in metadata management, security administration, and business rules
- Experience with Scripting (Groovy, PowerShell, Python) a plus
- Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data integration concepts
- Knowledge of Workday GL and Power BI a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact effectively with various departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
