Pay Information
$100 to $120 per hour

About The Position

7 on/7 off schedule -- Monday through Sunday coverage with mixed day and call shifts
Daily patient load: 8 - 10 inpatients with approximately 3 admissions
Weekday shifts 7am - 430pm, weekend coverage includes 4 hours onsite
20-minute call response time required with 1:3 call ratio
Call can be taken from accommodations when not required onsite
Average 5 phone consultations per shift
Involves both independent and team-based rounding
Cardiovascular surgery daily team meetings participation required
