This role involves 12-hour night shifts in a high-ranking NICU at a prestigious Children’s Hospital, requiring a well-rounded professional with active NICU experience.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive care and management for newborns in a NICU
- Actively participate in nighttime patient management and emergencies
- Administer and monitor patient response to therapeutic interventions
- Utilize Epic EMR system to document patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care
- Educate families on patient status, treatment plans, and overall care processes
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Other Required Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Must be licensed to practice in Georgia
