What You Will Do:
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI and data automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation for a public sector client. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in a complex big data environment. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission objectives, ensuring compliance with federal standards and timelines.
What You Will Need:
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Bachelor's degree
SEVEN (7) or more years of managing AI, data analytics, or other relevant experience
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Active CBP BI/Public Trust
Proven experience managing AI, data analytics, or automation projects in large-scale or government settings.
Strong understanding of big data technologies, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable strategies.
Experience with federal government contracting and knowledge of compliance frameworks
Familiarity with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Databricks) and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow).
PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
Background in data science, analytics, or software engineering.
Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and data governance best practices.
