Senior Executive Assistant

About the Role
As a Senior Executive Assistant at Lattice, you will work closely with top-level Executives to help enhance productivity and efficiency. You are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
This role reports to the Lead Executive Assistant and will be supporting two to three members of our Executive Leadership Team. This role is expected to be onsite in our San Francisco office ~2 days per week.
What You Will Do

Maintain Executive calendars and make recommendations with regard to time management, prioritization, and business needs
Ensure the Executive is prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and projects by proactively gathering the materials necessary
Contribute to team meetings and off-sites by assisting and sometimes leading the planning, taking notes, and moving relevant action items forward
Find new and efficient ways to maximize your Executives' time, including weekly reporting, goal-tracking, and team meetings
Own your Executive's team operating calendar and coordinate, and sometimes own, recurring events such as All Hands or quarterly goal setting processes
Partner with internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on projects, company milestones, and internal events
Act as a liaison for assigned Executives, relaying and exchanging information with others, including Board members, investors, senior leaders, customers and clients, and other organizations or constituents
