Providence is calling for applications for our November 2025 RN Intermediate Care Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts November 17, 2025.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
