About the Clinician's WorkdayThis emergency department role consists of 10-hour shifts with an average patient volume of 1.8 patients per hour. The facility uses Meditech 5.67 with Dragon dictation for documentation. There are 23 ED beds within a 135-bed hospital, and 12 hours of daily APP coverage are provided. A Fast Track area is also available and covered by APPs.
