12-20 night shifts per month -- 12-hour shifts from 6p - 6a
Average 122 patients per day with peaks of 170 - 180 daily
Double physician coverage with advanced practice provider support
APP coverage across multiple shifts including early morning through overnight
Emergency department sees 48,000 annual patient volume
Ongoing coverage needed until permanent staff hired
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
