About The PositionWe are seeking an Anesthesiologist for a rewarding 84-day locum tenens assignment in New York. This position begins on Aug 25, 2025, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm, complemented by a 1:4 weeknight and weekend pager call rotation. This role demands proficiency in regional anesthesia and OB procedures, ideal for a board-certified individual in Anesthesiology.

Responsibilities and Duties- Administer anesthesia and manage patient pain in various surgical settings.
- Oversee the anesthetic process before, during, and after surgery.
- Respond to emergency calls as part of a weeknight and weekend pager rotation.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of regional anesthesia techniques.
- Conduct anesthesia-related OB procedures as required.
Additional Information- Must possess a valid New York medical license.
- Board certification in Anesthesiology required.
- Experience with Meditech EHR systems is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
