$40.00 - $42.00/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Shifts

Sunshine Homecare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in both home and school-based settings. As an LPN, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver safe, effective, and personalized nursing services. Hiring Locations

We are actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in the following areas:

Rockland County, NY
Westchester County, NY
Hudson Valley, NY

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with wound care, enteral feedings, catheter and tracheostomy care (within LPN scope)
Monitor, record, and promptly report patient condition changes
Support pediatric clients in school settings with 1:1 care when assigned
Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of services provided
Adhere to infection control and HIPAA standards at all times

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Active New York State LPN license (required)
2+ years of home care and/or pediatric experience (preferred)
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm in emergencies and follow care plans accurately
