The Los Angeles office of Hogan Lovells is seeking an outstanding mid-level associate to join our highly regarded Investigations, White Collar, and Fraud practice. This role will primarily focus on representing individual and corporate clients in both civil and criminal investigations, as well as regulatory enforcement matters at both the federal and state level. Candidates must have at least three years of experience at a national law firm working on white collar matters, working as a prosecutor or government enforcement attorney, and/or service as a judicial law clerk. The candidate should be a graduate of a nationally ranked law school, have strong law school grades, excellent writing skills, and be a member of the California bar.
Compensation for this role will be top-of-market, with an annualized salary range of $260,000 to $310,000, depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus, consistent with market practice. In addition, this position will be eligible for the firm's fringe benefits as they currently exist.
