Compensation At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices.
The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $94,160 - $124,762. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.
Join Our Team as a Lead Executive Assistant! The Executive Administrative Support team is responsible for providing strategic guidance and seamless coordination to the C-suite. Composed of skilled professionals in operational efficiency and stakeholder communication, the team drives initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives, ensuring confidentiality and fostering organizational excellence.
The Lead Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO, serving as their primary support, while also supporting the Chief of Staff. This position plans and orchestrates a wide variety of complex support assignments, ensuring executives' priorities are met, department operations run smoothly, organizational goals are achieved and best practices are upheld. They must have the ability to identify, prioritize, and execute complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment while safeguarding confidentiality. They must be purpose-driven, committed to a "culture of caring," and community-oriented.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted partner and project contributor for the C-suite, providing insights and recommendations that align with organizational goals and significantly improve administrative processes. Regularly facilitate executive meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment on key initiatives.
- Streamline executive workflows by using judgment to properly manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate logistics for meetings and travel. Implement systems to enhance productivity and ensure timely completion of executive tasks.
- Oversee and manage key projects on behalf of the C-suite, from initiation to completion. Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, coordinate with various departments, track progress, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Function as a liaison between the CoS, S&C leadership, board of directors, sales personnel, customers, industry contacts, visitors, etc, making recommendations to enhance the communication process and improve communication channels where appropriate. Prepare and distribute communications, presentations, and reports, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Maintain organized records, files, and databases, ensuring data security protocols are adhered to at all times.
- Plan and coordinate high-level meetings, events, and engagements. Handle all logistical arrangements, including venue selection, catering, and guest coordination, ensuring seamless execution and representation of the organization.
