Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy SSO Coordinator to support the implementation of Single Sign-On across a portfolio of applications. This role requires a strong blend of coordination, communication, and technical understanding-particularly around Azure Active Directory and SSO concepts. This individual will work closely across multiple internal teams to ensure successful integration, documentation, and testing of SSO solutions. Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a technical project coordinator or facilitator
• Hands-on experience with SSO concepts and implementation, particularly with Azure AD
• Includes application assessment and compatibility analysis
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Proven ability to manage timelines, tasks, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Technical aptitude to understand application architecture and ask the right questions to drive progress
• Experience with project documentation and change management
• Skilled in handling change requests, tracking progress, and scheduling updates
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a structured approach to task management
• Proficiency with ticketing and workflow tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to confirm requirements and ensure alignment across teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience working with Jira, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools
• Previous experience or interest in IAM/IGA
• Previous project coordination experience
• A+ Certification
