This position starts at a salary of $124,531.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $161,889.00 (GS-14, Step 10).

Major duties include: - Instructing and directing students at the GS-13 to GS-15 grade level by providing training, facilitating group discussions, and providing feedback to students.
- Analyzing course content to design and develop changes to instructional techniques that better meet the needs of the organization.
- Developing and revising curriculum to include learning objectives, lesson content, and any associated training aids.
- Researching the latest concepts, methods, and techniques for increasing an employee's comprehension and application of information.

Qualifications Specialized Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Developing, facilitating, and instructing training material that is complex and or involves rapidly changing subject areas.
- Evaluating training material to determine the most effective method of meeting training objectives.
- Revising course materials to incorporate up-to-date information related to procedures, regulations and technical advances.
- Modifying training material as needed based on the results of training surveys.
