Senior Derivatives Trade Support Consultant - Project Delivery Specialist II you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities Oversee derivatives clearing back-office operations, with a primary emphasis on margin management and reconciliation. Ensure the accurate and timely settlement of trades by coordinating with internal teams and external counterparties, you will likely be involved in:
- Monitor and manage margin requirements for cleared derivatives, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Reconcile margin calls and settlements across clients, clearinghouses, and internal systems to maintain operational accuracy and integrity.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to margin, collateral, and trade settlements, proactively mitigating operational risk.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, preparing detailed reports to support audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications Required - 7+ years of experience in Derivatives or Clearing Operations
- 7+ Years Experience in monitoring and process margin requirements for cleared derivatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- 7+ years of experience with trade settlements
- 7+ Years Experience working in client facing roles
- 7+ Years experience with audit, or regulatory reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
