Summary You will serve as Project Manager in the Supplier Performance & Logistic Systems Department, Supplier Quality Division of NAVSEA Logistics Center, Keyport Division, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA) located at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Maine.
This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10 (currently $155,164).
Duties Help
- You will serve as a Project Manager overseeing the administration, development, and delivery of information technology systems and services supporting supplier quality and performance programs.
- You will support supplier quality and performance programs such as the Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP), Supplier Performance risk System (SPRS) and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
- You will identify and define requirements, manage teams, and monitor supplier quality, performance assessments, and compliance with regulations to optimize program outcomes.
- You will develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for contractor evaluations, acquisition logistics, and cyber workforce management to ensure operational efficiency.
- You will lead strategic planning, process improvements, and risk management initiatives, providing expert advice to senior leadership on quality assurance and program enhancements.
- You will coordinate with stakeholders to deploy, maintain, and improve technical and administrative procedures, including data collection and reporting for performance metrics.
- You will supervise staff in adjusting priorities, schedules, and work assignments, fostering a high-performance environment while ensuring adherence to DAWIA and DCWF requirements.
- You will conduct audits, resolve complaints, and drive corrective actions for supplier and program issues, promoting continuous improvement in accordance with DON Policies and standards.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience
at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Analyzing supplier quality and performance data to support policy development; coordinating team efforts in process improvements and compliance monitoring; assisting in the development of information technology systems for acquisition and logistics; providing advisory support on risk management and regulatory requirements; and contributing to cyber workforce initiatives under frameworks like DCWF to ensure operational effectiveness.
