Overview
Nelson Mullins is looking to add an Intellectual Property Associate to its Intellectual Property Litigation, Trademarks and Patent Team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing team.

We Know You
You have two to four years of meaningful experience in patent preparation and prosecution; due diligence experience is a plus. You possess a mechanical, electrical, chemical or similar engineering degree, or computer science degree. You are admitted in good standing to a state Bar where Nelson Mullins has an office and are admitted to the USPTO.
At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.

In Minnesota, the salary/wage range is $210,000 - $245,000 annually.
