The Role
Customer expectations are constantly evolving, and the Healthcare team at Fidelity is constantly evolving in response. We are seeking a Consultant, Business Analysis to design capabilities across our Healthcare team. As a Business Analysis Consultant, you play a meaningful role on an Agile software development team that obsesses over customer journeys and the technologies that bring them to life!
You are a strategic and critical thinker who will play a vital role in developing new healthcare features on an innovative healthcare platform.
You blend deep experience in health care benefits and product development with a passion for analysis, harnessing technology to solve sophisticated business problems, and executing to deliver and implement solutions to delight customers.

The Team
We work within multi-functional Scrum Agile teams (squads) of technology and business colleagues across the Healthcare, Brokerage, and Workplace Investing Domains to develop and implement product and service features from inception to delivery. Your squad will focus on developing new solutions to recordkeeping challenges and the migration of capabilities from legacy to new platforms while solving for some of our largest customer pain points.
Here are a few ways you'll impact the team:

Work closely with the Product Owner (Squad Leader) and development team to build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
Collaborate with design, business, and technical team members to define requirements and identify dependencies and risks
Perform acceptance testing to ensure the team delivers a seamless plan sponsor experience that meets business requirements
Support business readiness, deployment, and solution enablement, e.g., demos, training, procedures, and communication
Perform production validation including defining use cases, test cases, and test
