We are seeking an
Senior Executive Assistant who will serve as a trusted partner and operational force-multiplier to our founder and leadership team. This role combines classic executive support with elements of strategic coordination-ensuring the CEO and leadership team's time, communications, and projects are aligned with Drug Hunter's rapid global expansion. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a mix of high-level strategic initiatives and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Location: Hybrid position based in the Greater Boston area. Domestic and international travel may be required (typically 10%).
Key Responsibilities: - C-Level Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, international travel, administrative tasks, and priorities to maximize efficiency and ensure focus on high-impact activities. Support additional executive team members as needed.
- Information Management: Review inbound communications, prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and track follow-up actions; ensure the CEO has the right information at the right time.
- Communication & Representation: Draft, review, and sometimes deliver communication on behalf of the CEO to internal teams, board members, investors, and external partners, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Project & Initiative Support: Manage and track progress on strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and board-related deliverables; follow up with stakeholders to drive execution.
- Meeting & Event Leadership: Coordinate internal and external meetings, board meetings, executive offsites, team offsites, and special events with precision.
- Operational Leverage & Improvements: Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and streamline workflows so the executives can focus on strategic leadership. Spot bottlenecks and inefficiencies in company workflows and operations; propose and implement process improvements.
- Confidential Advisory Support: Act as a thought partner to leadership, exercising sound judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of diverse ad hoc initiatives as needed to maximize executive leadership's effectiveness.
Requirements - Experience: 5-8+ years supporting senior executives (CEO/Founder preferred) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to convey professionalism and clarity on behalf of the CEO.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with productivity tools and automations (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, project management platforms, Superhuman, Zapier, LLMs). Comfortable adopting new tools quickly.
- Judgment & Discretion: Trusted to handle confidential information and represent the CEO with maturity and professionalism.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment; able to pivot priorities quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
