Job Description Under general supervision, the Senior Executive Affairs Coordinator will manage the office, supervise staff, and perform challenging analytical, administrative, and project management functions in support of Executive Management (C-Suite).
Essential functions and duties include:
- Oversee critical day-to-day administrative and often highly confidential matters expeditiously and effectively with the utmost discretion; manages various incoming requests and tracks through to successful completion; monitors the office budget to maximize use of existing resources; and reviews complex calendars to ensure accuracy and assists with preparing the executive for meetings and briefings.
