Description:

Join a nationally recognized Magnet-designated acute care hospital delivering exceptional labor and delivery nursing care. Provide expert care in a high-volume unit with 210-240 births per month. Monitor maternal and fetal health using advanced fetal monitoring technologies, assist with complicated deliveries including cesarean sections and D&Cs, and manage high and low-risk obstetric patients. Support interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Current RN license with minimum 3 years labor and delivery experience
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced (HARD STOP)
Proficient in labor and delivery management including circulating and scrubbing for C-sections
Telemetry interpretation and cardiac monitoring skills preferred
Precepting skills preferred; ability to float to mother/baby unit
Experienced with managing complex obstetric diagnoses including hypertensive disorders, diabetes, multiples, fetal anomalies
Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
