Position Responsibilities

Oversee product merchandising on Uline.com including improving website features, optimizing search and driving product discovery.
Review product pages to ensure they are consistent in supporting merchandising strategies.
Analyze customer buying behavior to improve related item recommendations.
Educate Merchandising product teams in understanding online product performance.
Collaborate with other departments including Creative, Internet and Paid Search on cohesive online campaigns.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics or economics. Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing or eCommerce with a passion for business or marketing analytics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Power BI preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
