First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Everett, Washington.

Requirements:

1 year of Rn case manager recent experience required
BLS required
Pending License are also acceptable
Must have experience in Acute Hospital Case Management/Utilization Review/Discharge Planning and Care Coordination

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Additional Info:
RN will work with a unit of case managers coordinating care within an acute care facility. Floating to different units within the Colby Campus is REQUIRED, and floating to the Pacific Campus (1.7 miles away) is a possibility. Units may be ED, ICU, ITA's, Peds, Specialty Units, etc.
