NetCentrics is seeking a
Counterintelligence (CI) Officer - Level III (TS/SCI) to provide
analytical and investigative support to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) mission in Springfield, VA. This role requires a highly skilled CI professional to conduct defensive counterintelligence activities, research and analyze threats, and support NGA's security and intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily research, analysis, and reporting on threats (intelligence, terrorism, and espionage) impacting NGA personnel, systems, facilities, and programs.
- Produce CI threat assessments, forecasts, and recommendations for mitigation and countermeasures.
- Detect and assess anomalous activities linked to potential foreign intelligence collection.
- Conduct 25-35 monthly threat briefings for NGA personnel, travelers, and conference participants.
- Perform 25-35 foreign contact and foreign travel debriefings monthly; prepare Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).
- Provide CI advice and expertise in ~15-20 CI Risk Assessments monthly in support of personnel security and adjudications.
- Support Research & Technology Protection (RTP) and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) efforts, including ~75 SCRM assessments per month.
- Participate in CI incident assessments, damage assessments, and IC-directed task forces.
- Collaborate and liaise with the DoD, IC agencies, and law enforcement partners to share intelligence and support NGA CI efforts.
- Prepare and deliver CI-related briefings to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Draft CI Notes, CI Minutes, and contribute to community-wide reviews and assessments.
Required Qualifications: - Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- 7+ years of experience in counterintelligence (investigations, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training, awareness, etc.).
- Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g., FBI Academy, DoD CI Academy).
- Bachelor's degree in National Intelligence Studies, Political Science, History, Engineering, Mathematics, Journalism, Law Enforcement, Library Science, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of CI analytical tools (e.g., M3, Palantir, Tripwire Analytic Capability, ARCSIGHT, RSA Security Analytics, CCD, TIDE).
- Proven ability to produce accurate, detailed CI reports and deliver timely intelligence assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
Desired Qualifications: - Master's degree in a related field (National Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Engineering, etc.).
- Experience supporting NGA or similar IC/DoD organizations.
- Familiarity with GEOINT missions, technologies, and security challenges.
