Onsite System Administrator/Domain Controller Admin

A banking employer is looking for a System Administrator/Domain Controller Admin to join their team in Middletown, CT. This position is open due to surge support for a Windows Domain Controller refresh effort. In addition to providing day to day systems administration work, this resource will be responsible for building, configuring, and installing Windows Domain Controllers to refresh the hardware. This person must understand how domain controllers work and have the ability to build them. They should be familiar with procedures around how domain controllers work, and be able to migrate the configurations. The goal is to replace over 50 domain controllers across the different regional locations. There will be a factory model built to set the standard, and this person will be responsible for building the domain controllers including installations, vulnerabilities scanning, and patching prior to deployment.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or related position
Ability to build Windows Domain Controllers and strong understanding of how domain controllers work
Ability to follow configuration to set up new domain controllers and go through vulnerability scanning, patching, and updating to ensure all DCs are clean prior to deployment
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
