Meta seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a team of experienced professionals in the stock programs team. The position will be responsible for many aspects of Meta's global stock programs. Our ideal candidate is a clear communicator who is exceedingly detail oriented, has a great understanding of stock compensation along with managing projects and deadlines.
Stock Administration Analyst Responsibilities
- Assist with the quarterly RSU vest process
- Assist with the new hire and annual grant processes
- Respond to ad hoc requests from HR, payroll, legal, and accounting
- Engage with employees by providing timely responses to their questions via our case management system
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Perform monthly audits, rollforward reconciliation and evergreen increases
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of stock administration experience
- Experience with communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in stock administration applications (preferably EquiView)
- CEP level 1 certification
