About The PositionWe are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Sep 15, 2025. This role involves daily shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, focusing on ER follow-ups via telehealth and aiding in patient transitions back to clinic care.

Responsibilities and Duties- Conduct ER follow-ups with patients via telehealth

- Ensure effective management of care pathways
- Work with a team to enhance patient outcomes
- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and management
Additional Information- Required Board Certification: Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP)
- Must be licensed in CA
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR required
- Strong background in rural health and understanding of quality metrics and preventative care
