About The Position

Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm
16 - 20 patients per day
Outpatient home health setting
IL License Required
MA and RN on staff with full clinic support
EMR: Greenway
Standard adult medicine primary care procedures
Medicare/geriatric patient panel
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
