Sales Associate

We are looking to add a Flooring Retail Associate to our team! You will guide customers through their flooring projects big and small, from assisting with onetime purchases to providing consultation for long-term projects, acting as the point person in assisting customers with selecting the right product, scheduling measuring's and installations, and resolving issues and answering questions along the way.

Responsibilities:
-Working face to face with customers
-Scheduling flooring installation
-Selling flooring products
-Creating job quotes
-Invoicing customers upon completion of jobs
-Process transactions accurately
-Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in alignment with our service-centric mission

Qualifications:
-Work well in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to build rapport with clients
-Strong communication skills
-Deadline- and detail-oriented
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
-Basic computer skills, including proficiency with -Gmail, Microsoft Word, and typing
-Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
-Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.51 - $25.90 per hour
