Rewarding Safe, Strong Starts
We believe in rewarding great performance right away. New hires can earn a monthly incentive during their first six months — based on miles driven and safe driving.
Truck Driver Top Pay and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $0.75 CPM – $0.80 CPM
- 0.02 CPM monthly, 18,000 – 18,999 miles
- 0.03 CPM monthly, 19,000 – 19,999 miles
- 0.05 CPM monthly, 20,000 + miles

Truck Driver Requirements:
- Minimum Age of 21
- Must have a Valid CDL-A Commercial Driver's License
- Must have 6 months of experience
- Must Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
- Safe Driving Record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
