Position Title: Senior Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI
Position Overview:
Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army's readiness and modernization goals.
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, managing communications, travel, documentation, and calendar functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and arrange meetings for executive staff.
Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and official documents.
Process travel authorizations and vouchers using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Track action items, suspense dates, and taskers to support leadership priorities.
Manage communications and maintain organizational records and filing systems.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate executive engagements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative support experience.
8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a federal or DoD setting.
Strong skills in MS Office, calendar management, and federal correspondence formatting.
Familiarity with DTS and DoD administrative systems and policies.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
