Key Responsibilities - Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison and gatekeeper for internal and external communications.
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prepare logistics for high-level meetings, town halls, and internal events.
- Provide seamless collaboration with fellow executive assistants and Board support teams.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive executive matters.
Qualifications - High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of administrative experience, including 5+ years supporting C-suite or executive leadership.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Professional communication style-both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment.
- A calm, service-oriented approach and the ability to anticipate needs.
Preferred Experience - Familiarity with board governance platforms (Diligent, BoardEffect) and SharePoint.
- Experience interfacing with government, nonprofit, or association leadership (a plus, not required).
Position Details - Location: Arlington, VA
- Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday (occasional flexibility)
