Overview Provides analysis and reporting support across the organization in the financial and operational assessment of new and existing businesses and service lines, and other initiatives that support the overall strategic vision for Beebe. Additionally, provides expertise and guidance in the identification of key measures of success, and the related performance reporting tools and processes to ensure achievement of organizational goals.
Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive financial analysis and support to the service line management team, including executives, physicians, clinicians, and support service leaders.
- Utilize all available financial information systems, including core transaction systems, decision support tools, and PC-based financial applications.
- Support Executive Owners and Service Line Leadership with strategic initiatives, capital planning, operational budgeting, and productivity management.
- Conduct feasibility studies using external benchmarks, market demand data, and scenario modeling to evaluate new and existing services.
- Develop detailed economic benefit analyses and return on investment (ROI) assessments for business and service line initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver polished, professional presentations of financial findings to executive-level stakeholders.
- Define key success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and attainability of financial goals associated with new or existing business/service initiatives.
- Assist service line leaders in understanding financial data through cause-and-effect analysis of operational performance.
- Advise directors on performance, productivity, and financial improvement opportunities within their service lines.
- Design tools and processes to monitor performance improvement initiatives and lead educational efforts to ensure consistent understanding and adoption across the organization.
- Create and present professional reports and presentations to support decision-making and drive alignment on financial and operational goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to executives, senior leadership, performance improvement teams, quality review teams, and other key stakeholders in a confident and professional manner.
Qualifications Recent experience in either financial planning, management reporting, business analytics, or business development role. Financial analysis and performance monitoring / reporting experience. Professional/technical experience in healthcare. Highly proficient in the use of all Microsoft products Very strong written and oral communications skills Ability to present to C-Suite / Executive level team members. Highly proficient in the use of Excel, and PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Project and Visio is preferred.
