Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remediationand Reclamation Coordinator to join our Edmonton-based team. Thesuccessful candidate will manage a portfolio of remediation and reclamationprojects from strategy development through regulatory closure, working with acollaborative team of environmental professionals. This role will focusprimarily on office-based responsibilities, with occasional field work asrequired.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage work plans, cost estimates,and technical strategies for Phase 2 ESAs, remediation and reclamationprojects.
• Interpret and apply applicable provincialregulations (e.g., Alberta Tier 1 and Tier 2 guidelines).
• Review and prepare technical reports includingPhase 2 ESAs, remediation action plans, and reclamation certificateapplications.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship tojunior staff.
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractorsto ensure efficient, safe, and compliant project execution.
• Track project progress, budgets, and data usingMatidor, ESdat, and SiteView.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and landownersin a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science,Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience inenvironmental consulting, with a strong focus on remediation and reclamation inAlberta.
• Eligible for professional designation withAPEGA, ASPB, or AIA.
• Proficient in the use of ESdat, Matidor, andSiteView (or similar project/data management platforms).
• Experience using the SST model is considered anasset.
• Strong technical writing and data interpretationskills.
• Solid understanding of Alberta's regulatorylandscape and end-of-life closure requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, andtime management skills.
