Main responsibilities: The Albertsons Media Collective Team is a strategic priority for Albertsons as it is identified as a key growth driver when it was launched in March 2022 with ambitious growth goals to quickly capture its rightful place next to other major retailer Retail Media Networks.
The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the SVP of Retail Media and VP of Product and Innovation. This role acts as a department representative and liaison to the business on programs, processes, events and initiatives.

The Executive Assistant is a crucial piece of an executive's team and is responsible for performing an array of administrative and EA-related activities to ensure the success of the executives at Albertsons Companies.
- Support executives with all administrative tasks including maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, processing expenses, scheduling meetings and supporting events.
- Lead selected broader-team administrative tasks including town hall meetings, Leadership Offsites, and logistical support for key team meetings and facilities/IT requests.
- Managing high volume of email and calendar requests both internal and external in a fast-paced environment.
- Collects and prepares information for the use in presentations/meetings of executive staff, other employees, and non-company individuals.
- Develop materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and other related products, documents meeting minutes for staff, as well as manage action items.
- Proactively plans, organizes, and manages multiple calendars across the executives, the leadership team and across Enterprise.
- Coordination with EAs in C-Suite on behalf of the exec and leadership team.
- Coordinates all managing staff travel arrangements, with a specific emphasis on industry event travel details/ logistics.
- Manages and reconciles Distribution Lists, expense reports, purchase requisitions submissions.
- Handle special projects, as required.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following: - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential material with discretion.
- Highly developed organizational skills
- Significant customer service experience, utilizing strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to prioritize work assignments and be detail oriented.
- Thorough knowledge of technical and business vocabulary.
- Critical thinking abilities and ownership.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Post high school course work or equivalent experience required relating to the mastery of computer/office systems skills.
- Five years plus (5+) years of experience providing high level secretarial and administrative support in a senior executive environment.
- Considerable experience managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneously.
- Expertise in all office systems skills; particularly in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

The salary range is $40.19 to $52.22 per hour. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include, medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).
