Position Overview: TCM seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. This position will support global investor relations and client service efforts for Tract Capital Management ("TCM").
Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with various teams to create and maintain presentation materials, investor communications and ad hoc presentations
- Draft responses to investor queries and due diligence questionnaires
- Create diligence materials for new fund launches
- Organize and maintain data rooms
- Assist in creation of prospect lists by region / investor type
- Maintain fundraising pipeline
- Organize meeting prep (including background research and program intel)
- Serve as a point of contact for investors including attending in-person meetings and zoom calls, as well as coordinating follow up items
- Complete competitor analysis and research
- Responsible for contact management, including salesforce maintenance
- Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments
Required Traits, Expertise, and Skills: The successful candidate should have:
- 2-4+ years of work experience at an investment bank or alternative investment advisor
- Entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High degree of proficiency in PowerPoint and excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Expected Salary Range : $125 - $150K + Yearly bonus
Location : Denver, CO with consideration for applicants in Seattle, WA, New York, NY, and Northern Virginia.
