Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive New Product Introduction (NPI) Coordinator to join our fast-moving and collaborative team. As the NPI Coordinator, you will provide critical coordination support that ensures the seamless execution of background processes essential to our sales enablement efforts and product launch success.
In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing multiple workstreams that directly support the broader NPI team. Your efforts will help drive operational efficiency and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. From budget tracking and asset management to leak process coordination and event logistics, your attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities will be instrumental in enabling successful product launches.
You will play a key role in supporting product asset readiness, coordinating announce and event planning activities and facilitating the creation and delivery of sales enablement tools. Key Responsibilities - Ensure successful execution of various critical background processes that support product launches and sales enablement initiatives, managing multiple NPI support workstreams with precision and attention to detail.
- Develop engaging product video scripts that clearly communicate product benefits and positioning to sales channel stakeholders, route scripts for approvals with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Serve as on-camera talent and brand spokesperson in product video productions, effectively representing our products and messaging.
- Own and maintain NPI tracking tools, providing timely updates to sales channel stakeholders and ensuring visibility into project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to develop and deliver high-impact sales enablement assets, aligning on creative direction and negotiating delivery timelines and expectations.
- Manage and update NPI SharePoint, partnering with NPI leads to ensure content is organized, accurate, and accessible.
- Support budget tracking and coordination for NPI-related creative deliverables, ensuring alignment between NPI, Marketing, and Creative teams on scope, delivery objectives, and due dates.
- Lead the NPI leak process, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to investigate issues, manage communications, and compile and distribute final reports.
- Drive planning and logistics for product announce activities, managing timelines, event coordination, stakeholder lists, and promotional scripting across teams.
- Provide creative and logistical support to NPI leads on sales enablement tools, announce materials, and internal communications as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with teams including Worldwide Marketing, PR, Communications, Design, Creative agencies, and Leadership to ensure alignment and consistency across all NPI deliverables.
- Present regular updates to key stakeholders-including NPI, Marketing, Creative, and Leadership-to communicate progress, decisions, and upcoming deliverables.
Qualifications - The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in coordination, marketing, project management, or product support role, preferably within a fast-paced or cross-functional environment.
- Passion for gaming, with strong personal gaming knowledge and/or professional experience in the gaming industry.
- Proven ability to craft compelling stories that engage and inspire customers, particularly around gaming software and hardware products.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for visually elevating product stories and bringing technical features to life for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create and support the development of visually impactful sales and marketing assets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure, with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience writing video scripts, internal communications, or customer-facing content.
- Comfortable serving as on-camera talent or spokesperson, with the presence and confidence to represent the brand in professional video productions.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence across organizational boundaries-both horizontally across teams and vertically with leadership.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments such as Marketing, Sales, Creative, Communications, and Executive Leadership.
- Experience working with creative teams or agencies to develop assets, align on vision, and manage delivery timelines.
- Proficient in project and asset management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Excel) and shared platforms such as SharePoint.
- Familiarity with budgeting coordination, leak management processes, and event or announce planning.
- A strong team player with a proactive, motivated, and curious mindset, eager to contribute and grow within a dynamic team.
Education & Experience Recommended - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in direct marketing, communications, design, coordination, project management or a related field

The pay range for this role is
$82,800 to
$125,050 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
