Executive Assistant

RUCKUS Networks,a CommScope BU is looking for a resourceful and dynamic Executive Assistant to partner directly with our President and his senior leadership team. This is a hybrid role( 3 days ) based of our Sunnyvale, CA Location.
In this role, you won't just manage schedules-you'll help orchestrate the heartbeat of our leadership team, ensuring they're always prepared, connected, and ready to lead.
How You'll help us connect the world:
In this role, you'll be a trusted partner and right-hand support to our senior leaders, helping them stay focused, organized, and connected.
You will:

Manage complex calendars, priorities, and schedules for executives and leadership team members
Coordinate meetings and events-ensuring seamless logistics and communication
Lead all aspects of executive travel, both international and domestic
Oversee key administrative processes, including subscriptions, memberships, procurement, shipping, accounts payable, and expense reporting
Drive special projects, such as presentation development, company-wide initiatives, space planning, and distribution list management
Collaborate closely with other executive assistants to maintain alignment across RUCKUS and the broader CommScope leadership team

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree along with 2+ years of executive administrative support experience
Proven success managing heavy travel and complex scheduling

Experience running corporate events and meetings (bonus if you've led All Hands gatherings before!)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, expense reporting systems, travel management tools, and procurement systems.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $79,300.00- $98,000.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
