Administrative Analyst in the
Public Works and Utilities Department's Administrative Division . In this dynamic role, you will support a wide range of essential functions, including contract administration, agenda report preparation, budget coordination, and department-wide projects such as accreditation efforts, software updates, and records management. You will also play a key role in managing RFP solicitations, developing scopes of work, and standardizing departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications Any combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to effectively and successfully perform the duties of the position is considered qualifying. A typical combination is as follows:
Education : Graduation from a recognized college or university with major coursework in public administration, business administration, or a field related to the job duties in the department they will be assigned.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a responsible journey-level technical or administrative capacity, which include responsibility for compiling and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations related to business processes and functions.
Supplemental Information This recruitment will establish an eligibility list that may be used to fill future vacancies in the same or lower classifications.
