This is more than an administrative role - you'll be a trusted partner, helping manage the rhythm of the CEO's day, board interactions, and strategic initiatives. What Will You Do? - Serve as a key partner to the CEO and provide administrative support to the broader Executive Team.
- Prepare sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for Board of Director and Investor meetings.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange logistics for internal and external engagements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and real-time adjustments.
- Prepare and distribute materials for Board of Directors meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Support the planning and execution of Board meetings, committee sessions, and executive dinners.
- Draft, edit, and proofread communications and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems with a focus on confidentiality.
- Manage the CEO's office operations, including office supplies, workspace organization, and technology support.
- Collaborate on special projects and cross-functional initiatives that impact executive leadership.
- Build strong relationships across the company and with external stakeholders to support seamless communication.
How Will You Get There? - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of administrative experience, including 5+ years supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Expertise in managing executive calendars, travel, and board-level materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting professional correspondence.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across teams and leadership levels.
- Comfortable adapting to change and managing evolving priorities with grace.
