Senior Executive Assistant Position: We're searching for a Senior Executive Assistant who is equal parts strategist, organizer, and trusted partner. This is not a standard EA role-it's a high-responsibility position supporting our CEO in both professional and personal arenas. You'll serve as an information hub, a meeting proxy, and a logistical powerhouse-ensuring the executive's priorities stay on track, the right information reaches the right people, and personal matters are handled with the same precision as business operations.
Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities - Be the Executive's Eyes & Ears - Attend meetings independently when the CEO is unavailable, capturing key insights, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Streamline Information Flow - Ensure the CEO receives the right data at the right time, especially when absent from internal and external meetings.
- Command the Inbox - Monitor and review the CEO's emails, summarizing missed or high-priority messages.
- Blend Personal & Professional Support - Manage calendars, travel arrangements, events, errands, and special projects with the same attention to detail.
- Drive with Care - When needed, safely transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments with the highest level of responsibility and reliability.
- Guard Confidentiality - Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion at all times.

- 4+ years of experience as a senior executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar high-responsibility support role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to drive safely and responsibly; valid driver's license required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in fast-paced and high-stakes situations.
- Comfortable balancing both professional and personal assistant duties.
- Proficient with productivity and communication tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, task/project management software).
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to navigate sensitive situations with diplomacy.
- Experience supporting C-level executives is a plus
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and L10 meeting structure is a plus

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Austin)
