About The PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide both outpatient and inpatient care in Indiana, starting Sep 1, 2025, for a 120-day locum tenens assignment. The role requires managing a dynamic schedule that includes day shifts from Monday to Thursday, participation in Tumor Board meetings every Tuesday at 7 AM, and on-call duties during weeknights and weekends.
Job Details- Location: Indiana

- Provider Type Needed: Hematology/Oncology Physician
- Schedule:
- 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday
- Tumor Board every Tuesday at 7 AM
- On-call every other week from Monday 5 PM to Thursday 8 AM, and from Friday 5 PM to Monday 8 AM
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide comprehensive care to hematology and oncology patients.
- Conduct 30-minute consultations with new patients.
- Manage 15-minute follow-up visits.
- Participate in and contribute to Tumor Board discussions.
- Manage both scheduled and emergency cases during on-call hours.
Additional Information- Board certification in Hematology and Medical Oncology required.
- Must be licensed to practice in Indiana.
- Experience with the Epic EMR system is essential for efficient patient care management.
